The Blog comic that has been moved to Petaluma 360's blog pages is in full tilt, full of mayhem, excitement and true rockage. Why has it been moved? You ask... well, if you're that curious, please do ask. If not, then rest assured that it is for the best and highest amount of good.

As for them Halls of True Rockage... finally there is a hallowed and venerable Hall for our esteemed and mighty brethren to be named and recognized in. Please do take a tour.

On the Attack will be playing its first ever headlining show at the Phoenix. We'll have friends and family up from L.A. to play with too: You Me and Iowa and Hunter's Point (featuring local boy Jack Allen).

...It's been a while

Hello all.
Sorry for the month long lapse - there was a vacation in there... At any rate, here is the new and exciting news:

Our friend Eve (creator of Humble Pie Hoodies) made the greatest True Rockage / On The Attack hoodies known to man... which will soon be made available to you all on this very site. (she will have photos of them soon - sorry for the delay Eve!) You can check out her other designs at the site linked above.

Musical projects are gearing up for fall and winter, and you'll hear more about that when there is more fun news to report...

In the meantime, may all of thine rocking be true

New Comic Up!

Greetings and Well Met! It has been far too long, and there are good reasons for it - mainly that the Phoenix Theater is starting an official Music Education Program, of which I am director. Yes, that's right. Free music classes, all taught from a basis of True Rockage, and encouraging and fostering True Rockage in others.

In other news, I have been inspired to draw a new comic by a young and valiant Righteous Warrior of True Rockage among you. So, with thanks, I give you: "The Lesson of True Rockage."

Star Wars Day

Towel Day

It was a Glorious Weekend, and a beautiful SWDvTD for everyone over in camp Benedetti. I would hope that you would all celebrate in what ever way best suites you... for us? Family Barbecue, followed by a back-yard, large screen, outdoor viewing of episode IV... reclining on towels. Yes, a victory for all.

I'm having a damn good time with this here calendar. I hope you are all making use of its excessive and wonderful holidays.

RECORDING!

We here at True Rockage are very happy to say that the tracking that took place last weekend at Praerie Sun was magnificent. It is beautiful, it is raw, and it contains the essence of On The Attack-ness that we are anxious to share with the world.

Rough Mixes are done, but now we need to do some mixing... so we should be playing some shows soon to raise Mixing, Mastering and Production funds. No word yet on whether or not the rough mixes will be made public... stay tuned.

On The Attack to Record!

This Friday and Saturday On the Attack will be recording their already critically acclaimed EP. Let's see what the critics have been saying:

Official Buy A Comic Book Day!

This Saturday, April 26th, will find Gio down at yonder Comic Book Box, once again championing the cause of illustrated literature. Come on down if you like. I'll be there at 1pm.

Also - Saturday night (still the 26th), at 9pm I'll be at Brick's in Petaluma with my jazz group, The Bloomfield Trio. It's free to get in, and it's all ages: just make sure you have enough money to buy some pizza... or a soda... or something.

The Ravenous Show!!

AMAZING! Nick Jules and I rocked an On the Attack set last night Trio style (we wore black arm bands for Jesse, who couldn't be with us...) at the Ravenous Cafe in Healdsburg. We had a blast. We want to go back. You should come next time, and then we could "have a blast" together.

On The Attack goes into the recording studio second week of May. woooo hoooo!

Also - Official Buy a Comic Book Day is this month; the 26th (followed, of course, by the official read a comic book day...) so be ready! Save up your 4 bucks, don thine cape, and be ready.

New OTA Photos

Friend and Bass-Student-Of-Funkyness, Mako Middleton, was good enough to take some shots of the FADoTR.

I have thumbnailed and posted 10 to the On The Attack page, and I'm hoping to get some other Toast Machine shots posted as well.

In other news, with the help of Flash wizard Jan Pechbrenner, The Books of True Rockage should soon be making their tome-like way to the internet.

The Day of True Rockage has come and gone...

Thank you all for coming out to the First Annual Day of True Rockage. I had a blast - I cannot imagine a more enjoyable birthday party.

Thanks to Man/Miracle, the Brothers Comatose and the Phoenix Rock Stallions for their contributions to the evening.

Hope y'all enjoyed the On The Attack set, as there is much more of that on the musical horizon.
